We want to thank chapter members Nicholas Garcia, Miriam Armstrong, Eleanor Foster, Lucas Hess, and Daxton Mitchell for providing their thoughtful insights to all the research projects discussed during the event.
As Texas Tech University begins to resume in-person data collection with new COVID-19 guidelines in place, our student chapter hosted a virtual discussion on conducting research during the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal of this virtual chat was for chapter members to work together and create solutions to either resume or start up their own research projects with considerations to protect the health of both researchers and participants. The discussion served as a great resource to our chapter members and provided many important insights for them to consider as they continue their research during these times.
